Plans are priced by how many rooms you rent out. A room is anything you rent out on its own: a hotel or riad room, or a whole apartment. Every new host starts with a free trial of 14 days.

  • How long does setup take?

    An afternoon: add your extras, print the QR, share the link. We check every new property before guests can reach it, usually within one or two business days.

  • Does it replace my Airbnb or channel manager?

    No. Airbnb, Booking and your channel manager keep bringing the bookings. Dyafna takes over once the guest arrives: checking in, buying things, paying for them. The two do not overlap.

  • How do I get paid?

    Guests pay by PayPal or in cash. What comes in by PayPal is paid out to you by bank transfer, less the platform fee. Cash you keep on the day, and the fee on those orders is settled with us separately.

  • What about the check-in paperwork?

    Check-in takes the guest's details and their signature on your house rules, and works out the tourist tax per person, per night. The occupant register comes out as a CSV.

  • What languages does the guest see?

    English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic, with Arabic laid out right to left. The page picks it up from the guest's phone, so you do nothing.

  • Can I export my data?

    Yes. Your guests, orders, and check-ins are yours. Export them whenever you like.

  • Who can sell to my guests?

    You, and vetted local partners: our team reviews and approves every partner business before it can sell on Dyafna. You can have each new partner item wait for your approval before it shows, and hide any partner from your storefront at any time.
